These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Synthetic Kids Studio.
By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
Synthetic Kids Studio provides hybrid AI + real product visual production services for brands in the kids and baby sector.
Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the official proposal or agreement
2. Payment

Projects require advance payment unless otherwise agreed.

Work begins only after payment confirmation.

All fees are non-refundable once production has started.
3. Revisions

The number of revisions is defined in the selected package.
Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
4. Delivery

Final deliverables are provided digitally in agreed formats.
Synthetic Kids Studio is not responsible for third-party platform performance (ads, website conversions, etc.).
5. Intellectual Property

Usage rights are governed by the agreed licensing structure.
All concepts, drafts, and unused materials remain property of Synthetic Kids Studio unless otherwise stated.
6. Portfolio Rights

Unless explicitly restricted by contract, Synthetic Kids Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Limitation of Liability

Synthetic Kids Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered materials.
8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Serbia.
